At Zenesa Tech, we help businesses search, prepare and file trademark applications in the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, and across the world. Whether you are filing a single application or building a portfolio of international protection, our specialists manage the entire process with precision, from initial clearance search through to final registration.
A trademark is far more than a legal formality. It is the foundation of your brand identity and the legal shield that protects everything you have worked to build. Your business name, logo, and tagline are what customers recognise and trust, and registering them gives you the legal standing to stop competitors trading on your reputation in every territory where your mark is registered.
From first-time founders to established enterprises expanding into new territories, we deliver accurate filings, proactive communication, and expert guidance at every stage of the journey.
One platform. Four major intellectual property authorities. Complete global coverage.
Secure your brand across all fifty states. We prepare and file federal trademark applications with the USPTO, granting your business nationwide exclusive rights, a legal presumption of ownership, and the authority to enforce your mark in United States federal courts.
A single European Union Trademark application secures protection across all twenty-seven member states. One streamlined filing delivers unified, cost-effective protection throughout the European market, making it the ideal route for businesses scaling across Europe.
Protect your trademark rights within the United Kingdom. Following Brexit, the UK requires a registration separate from the European Union, so a business trading in Britain needs its own UKIPO filing (our UK trade mark registration guide covers the fees and process). We prepare and file it for you, and UK clients can also work with our London office on the website and brand that carry the mark.
Through the Madrid System, WIPO enables you to protect your trademark in more than one hundred and thirty countries with a single international application. We help you file strategically by selecting the markets most relevant to your growth, all coordinated through one centralised and efficient process. Filing in Pakistan? Our guide to trademark registration in Pakistan covers IPO-Pakistan's fees and its one-class-per-application rule.

We believe in clear, upfront pricing with no hidden charges. You will always understand exactly what you are paying for and why.
We never file without preparation. Every application begins with a comprehensive clearance search designed to protect your investment.

Two different rights, often confused, and an AI question that now comes up in almost every branding project.
Copyright covers the artwork itself and controls who may reproduce it. A trademark covers the use of a name, logo or tagline as a badge of origin in your market. Holding the design files is not the same as holding the exclusive right to trade under that mark, which is why many businesses need both.
The United States Copyright Office will not register material that was generated purely by an artificial intelligence tool with no meaningful human creative control, and typing prompts on its own is not treated as authorship. Where more than a trivial amount of a design is AI-generated, that part has to be disclaimed on a copyright application.
A trademark examiner asks whether your mark is distinctive, whether it is used in commerce, and whether it is confusingly similar to an existing registration. The tool that drew it is not part of that test, so an AI-assisted logo can still be registrable as a trademark even when its copyright position is weak.
That asymmetry is the practical risk. A business can end up with a mark it is allowed to register and enforce against competitors, while having little copyright standing to stop someone reusing the same artwork outside its market. Two further points are worth knowing before you build a brand on generated artwork: a prompt that produced your logo can produce a near-identical one for somebody else, which is exactly the kind of similarity a clearance search exists to catch, and a platform promising that the output is "100% yours" is only waiving its own claim, not granting you a copyright that never existed.
It also affects the files you end up with. Generators rarely produce true vector artwork, so the result does not scale cleanly to a storefront sign or a print run. Our logo design service draws every mark from scratch as editable vector artwork, which keeps human authorship with a designer and gives you files that survive the move from screen to print. Published package prices are on the pricing page, our guide to what logo design costs in 2026 explains what each budget level actually buys, and filing costs are broken down in our guide to what it costs to trademark a business name.
This section is general information about how the two systems differ, not legal advice. Zenesa Tech provides clearance searches and filing support; if your mark is contested, opposed, or commercially sensitive, work with a licensed trademark attorney. Tell us about your brand and we will tell you honestly which of the two you need first.
Clear answers to the questions our clients ask most often.
The right choice depends on where your business operates. We recommend the USPTO for the United States, the EUIPO for the European Union, the UKIPO for the United Kingdom, and WIPO for broad international coverage. During your consultation, we will recommend the most effective strategy for your goals.
Yes. Following Brexit, the United Kingdom is no longer covered by a European Union trademark. Protection in both markets requires separate EUIPO and UKIPO filings.
It depends on the office. An unopposed UKIPO application usually registers in about four months, and an unopposed EU trade mark in roughly four to six months. The USPTO is slower: US applications currently average around ten months from filing to registration. An examiner objection or a third-party opposition adds months at any office. Our guide to how long trademark registration takes walks through each USPTO stage, and we keep you informed throughout.
Administered by WIPO, the Madrid System allows you to protect your trademark in more than one hundred and thirty countries through a single international application, removing the need to file separately in each country.
A clearance search identifies existing conflicting marks before you commit to an application, significantly reducing the risk of rejection and protecting both your time and your filing fees.
Usually yes. A trademark examiner asks whether your mark is distinctive, whether it is used in commerce, and whether it is confusingly similar to an existing registration; the tool that drew it is not part of that test. The weaker point is copyright rather than trademark. Because the same prompt can produce a near-identical design for somebody else, a clearance search matters more than usual before you file.
Not in the United States, if the design was generated purely by the tool with no meaningful human creative control. Prompts on their own are not treated as authorship, and more than a trivial amount of AI-generated content has to be disclaimed on a copyright application. A platform stating that the output is 100% yours is waiving its own claim, not granting you a copyright.
